Returns & Exchanges

At Elrequisitium, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’ve made our return and exchange process as simple as possible. Please review the policy below:

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging (including certificates, if applicable).
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at elrequisitium@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original materials, and clearly label the package with the provided RAN.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to our processing center in Sri Lanka:Return Address:

  5. Confirmation: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Who Covers the Shipping Cost?

  • For defective or damaged items: Elrequisitium will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
  • For other returns or exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the same return process. Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship the new item to you.
